Hey Everybody. I know I havent posted on here in a LONG while, but here I am!

Lots has happened since I last posted.

I have been taking singing lessons. Which are going brilliantly well! I participated at a show, where I sang and one of my friends played guitar. We got some brilliant feedback which was really nice, considering there were a lot of gr8 singers there.

I have also started a new blog which is linked to this one and it is based on my so small singing career! It tells you how to find my youtube page, And I also take song requests where I can sing the song you/they choose! If you do choose a song for me to sing it will include a backing track and the full length of music. The videos do take a 1hr to 2hrs to download so it may take up to 1 day minimum or 3 days maximum for your request to be downloaded. :) All the videos will be on KateySpink youtube account.

Girl Guides, Drama Club and Chicken-Pox!

Hello.

You probally all saw my post about Drama Club. Well I got a really really really bad case of chicken-pox and was ill for about 3 weeks. So I missed the big show. Because I had missed out so much I decided to leave the drama club. I still won't give up singing and dancing just not at that club. Oh well. There are plenty more around! Lol. I am trying out Girl Guides next week. So that'll be interesting!

Hello Everybody.

Sorry I haven't been on in ages! Well not a lot has happened..........

Me and Amy went up the town........ Got some shopping. :)

Nicole is doing her Art Exam on Wednesday. Her final pieces look brilliant!

We had some friends come over. While us children went over to the park to play some games out Parents stayed in and chatted!

The Biz performing arts.

Well I went to the Biz performing-arts club last Wednesday.

I got on good. The lady who runs it gave me THREE PARTS in the show! One is a solo song and the others are both dance routines. :D

Drama Club!

Hiya Everyone.

I know I haven't written on here in a while......

I have some really exciting news. I have been offered a place in a DRAMA CLUB!
You do singing, dancing and acting. It sounds so fun. I can't wait to start!

I go for a trial session on Wednesday 11th March. IM SO EXCITED!

Once I have been on Wednesday I will post on here about how it went. So until then........ Speak Soon.

Come Dine With Me Results!

Hiya.

As you all know I have been posting on here about our " Come Dine With Me Gone Spinky Style"
and today was my day. It was really good, and then the final scoring happend and the winner was annonced........ Amy got 36 our of 40 and me and Nicole tied 1st place with 38 out of 40! So we had to do a tie breaker question, and I guessed it correct so I got 1st pick at the prizes!!! I choose a big box of celebrations, Nicole choos a box of mint chocolates and Amy got a HUGE bar of toblerone!!! Job Well Done I Would Say!!!

Weather and my day!!!

It's Sunday,

Nicole was watching the news today and apparently after all the 9inches of snow we have had we are still excpeting the worst to come!

My Come Dine With Me Day is on Monday ( tomorrow) and I am very excited! This is my menu.

Starter:
Ham Parcels
Stuffed mushrooms.
Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes.

Main Course:
Roast pork joint with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
(Also served with gravy.)

Dessert:
Traditional English Trifle.

Treats:
Home-made fudge sweets.

I hope everyone likes it!!! I will post tomorrow when the winner is announced!!! YAY! I wonder who will win.........

Main:Chicken Broth

Dessert: Home-Made apple crumble and custard.

Treats: Her own recipe crunchy truffles and home-made Shortbread biscuits with snowflakes in icing! ( Just what we need for this weather! )

Starter: Home-made garlic bread and mini french bread pizza's.
Main Course: (Our own recipe) Pasta Bake.
Dessert: Fruit surprise.
Treats: Home- made truffles.

Come Dine With Me Gone Spinky Style!!!

Hello Everyone,

Your probally wondering what I mean by Come Dine With Me Gone Spinky Style!!!

Well Mummy came up with the idea today for part of our Home Education work (cookery lesson!!) that we (Nicole, Katey & Amy) make our own dishes and eat them as a meal. Then the people that aren't cooking secretly mark the food with a score out of 10. Just like the television programme. Amy goes on Saturday, Nicole goes on Sunday and I go on Monday!!! When the competition is over we get a prize!!! I will post on here who wins and tell you a bit about each meal.......................... Stay Tuned!!! Until then " Happy Cooking! "

It's The Weekend!!!

Hiya Everyone,

It's almost the weekend! Yay, we have been playing in the snow today. Over at our local park there was a sofa made from SNOW, so the next day I went over the park and someone had knocked it all down :( So I re-built it! But then we took Enzo our puppy for a walk and the sofa had been DESTROYED again!!! Oh well............I will re-make again!!!
